Training takes place at the family pastry shop in Montefalcone di Val Fortore in the province of Benevento where there is a strong link with the tradition of nougat and crunchy.

In the 1997 the modern laboratory is built in the medieval village of Itri, on the slopes of the monumental Castle.

The entrepreneurial project is very clear from the beginning: make the products of the Territory known in the world and transform them skilfully with the best selections of Cocoa and Chocolate.

Precious creations are born such as the chocolate with truffles, the black olives “Cultivate Itrana” covered with extra dark chocolate, the citrus honey praline and hundreds of other small delights.

Dal 2015 the company is led by his son Francesco whose passion for the Food of the Gods allows the evolution of the history of Agrodolce Snc to continue together with the Chocolart brand – Fiortini. Same business project, new ideas, younger communication and the ambition to protect and make known the family history.

Today the company boasts numerous collaborations in the private label with development projects from the recipe to the packaging, is engaged in awareness campaigns together with national associations with the creation of chocolate eggs.

The current production is gluten-free.
