Born from the desire to tell our territory, strongly suited to olive growing, Chocolate Olives are the fruit of time, passion and comparison with olive growers and expert tasters.

The Cultivar Itrana, also known as Itranella or Oliva di Gaeta (from which it takes its name because it is linked to the port of the city from which they left to be exported all over the world) proved to be the most suitable for the intriguing combination with chocolate. The olive is carefully pitted and subjected to a slow and patient process: only now is it ready to combine with the chocolate which gives it the captivating bittersweet note.
